Call Centre Agent
£22,000 per annum
Our client is an up and coming, ambitious financial services specialist with a great reputation in their field. They are experiencing continued success and are on track to achieve their growth plans of 30% for 2018. Call Centre Agents will liaise with customers in arrears via inbound & outbound contact. You will assess customer finances and aim to reduce their debs via immediate payment or longer term payment arrangements. The customer’s interests will be kept at heart and quality customer service will be paramount.
Call Centre Agents will receive a £22,000 salary and working hours of Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.30. The company provides free parking for staff, a company pension as part of a brilliant benefits package. Training is excellent and this business offers a long term career.
