We are partnered with a leading Motor Insurance company in Birmingham who provide services to Insurers, Brokers and Fleets. They are expanding across several teams and I am reaching out about their Third Party Capture team, where they focus on processing Motor Claims.

As a Motor Claims Handler you will act on behalf of insurers and brokers to take over the entire Accident Management process, placing the repairs in their repair network, liaising with solicitors and with insurers. This role is predominantly phone based and is very process driven, utilising sophisticated in-house systems that make your job easier.

The package as a Motor Claims Handler

- Company share scheme after 2 years of service, equates to around £1000 annual bonus
- Basic between £20,000 with bonus ranging between £400-£1500 per month once training is completed

The role as a Claims Handler

- Dealing with first notification of loss calls on behalf of 3rd parties
- Liaising with solicitors
- Arranging for repairs to be carried out through their in-house repair network
- Helping customers source a replacement vehicle
- Logging any personal injury data
