A Clinical Lead required for a national care provider.

We are leading the search for a Clinical Lead to join their beautiful new modern purpose built nursing home in Worcester area of Worcestershire. The service is located in a perfect location with excellent transport links making it very accessible.

This 75 bedded nursing home, based on landscape gardens has a history of Good CQC reports is split across several smaller, manageable units, providing care for elderly residents with nursing, dementia and residential dementia care and we are now looking for a Clinical Lead to join the team.

With several activities co-ordinators and support staff on hand during every shift and high nursing to patient ratio rates team excellent staff support and operational management structure, applicants will have flexibility within their shifts and are offered autonomy in their position and the role is largely supernumerary allowing you to complete clinical governance tasks and supervise and manage a skilled clinical team with the right tools.
