Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Solihull, B90
Hours: 38.5 hours per week, Supernumerary
Salary: £45,075 per annum, rising to £48,230 per annum on successful completion of probation - equal to £24 per hour!

Time Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join their team at a lovely nursing facility based in Solihull. This home is part of a wider group with over 60 care homes in total! The provider holds incredible review scores overall.

The home is medium-sized with 60 beds and offers care for adults and older people with nursing, residential and respite care needs alongside specialist care for people with dementia. You will over-see a team of well-trained nursing, care, and support staff and be joining an experienced management team.

The service is currently undergoing a clinical transformation, and we are looking for a strong nurse who can lead and inspire the team!

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining the exceptional care standards at the home. Your duties will include:

* Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs.
* Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment.
* Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
* Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.

Staff also benefit from a vocational training programme and are regularly supported by the quality team to embark upon specialist dementia training. With an emphasis on internal promotion and staff development, the nursing staff also receive regular refresher training to ensure employment of modern working practices for clients who need daily nursing input.

Requirements:

* A valid NMC Pin
* Experience working as a Clinical Lead/Nurse Manager/Deputy Home Manager
* Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care
