High Priority Contracts Manager Role-Permanent-Office Based Visiting Sites Nationwide
The Client is currently looking for a Permanent Contracts Manager due to demand in workload within the business.
They are a main contractor based out of the North West near Merseyside that specialise predominatley in the retail and leisure sector, completing fast track fit outs across high street stores and hotels.
The Candidate must have experience across fast track fit outs as most of the projects are 3-12 day turnarounds. Jobs usually are valued between £50k up to £400. The Candidate will be expeceted to spend half of their time in the office in the North West and half of the time on site. The individual will be expected to look after 2-3 sites at one time. Live projects are nationwide and locations of work include: Dover, Sunderland, Yorkshire, London and Scotland therefore the Candidate must be prepared to travel and work away from home.
Salary will range from £45,000-£50,000+ Mileage (dependent on experience)
Duties will entail: placing orders for materials, planning the job, doing schedules for the client, programming and liasing with the client. The Client is looking to bring someone on in May and will be holding interviews at the office in the North West next week.
Must have 2-3 years at Contracts Manager level
Must be local to the office as they will be commuting there several times a week
Must have experience across the fast track, fit out sector.
