Location of works: North West

I am representing a construction main contractor based in the North West, who are looking to appoint a full time Contracts Manager.

The contractor specialize in fit out, Cat A, Cat B, Design & Build projects within the North West.

They are looking to appoint someone on a full time basis, who will be overseeing two-three contracts at once, visit sites two-three times a week, conduct client meetings and get involved in the tender process.

The contractor would ideally like someone with a commercial/surveying background.

Requirements for the role:
5+ years at Contracts Manager level
Design & Build, Fit Out main contractor background
Commercial/surveying background
Based in the North West
