I am representing a fit out contractor based in Hampshire who are looking to appoint a permanent Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager
Southern based sites - All South of Birmingham
WFH mostly, 1 day a week in the office
Full Time Perm
Hours are typically 8.30-5.30 Mon - Fri
Sector: Restaurants/bars/pubs/hotels
£50,000-£55,000 plus package

Duties will entail surveying, carrying out contracts, sub contractor orders, meeting with directors, paperwork, site notes, health and safety. Accounts they are covering at present include several restaurant and pub accounts. No QS requirements.

Ideally the Client would like the candidate to have an SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

MUST HAVE: Experience in the fit out restaurant OR pub sector with contractors on a PERM employment basis
MUST HAVE: 3+ years at Contracts Manager level
