Deputy Home Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (D.E.O) + Pay Review After A Successful Probation
Location: Willenhall, West Midlands
Hours: 40, days clinical shifts & allocated supernumerary time
Shifts: 9.00am - 5.00pm or 8.00am - 8.00pm - Days only

Time Recruitment is looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager to support an innovative nursing home based in the Willenhall area of West Midlands. The home has recently been taken over by a NEW provider and has been refurbished to a high spec generation nursing home, in providing high-quality residential, complex dementia and nursing care to the elderly generation. The Clinical Deputy Home Manager will already be working in senior role.

We also require the Deputy Home Manager to have an active NMC pin, who also comes from a successful nursing home background. This popular care home can accommodate up to 40 + residents and will be equipped with the latest state-of the art technology. The home is accessible to all local amenities and local transport links. This home will be catering for elderly requiring general nursing and dementia care whilst also offering services for people with specialist care needs.

My client is on the lookout for a Deputy Home Manager to join a highly respected care provider with an excellent reputation for maintaining high stands of care across West Midlands.

The ideal Deputy Home Manager will have the following skills:

* Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
* Proven track record of person-centred care planning
* Experienced leader and mentor
* A passion for delivering high standards of care
* Experienced in dementia care and challenging behaviours
* Compliance and consistency
* Teaching and assessing qualified

This role involves responsibility for the delivery of care within the home. It requires you to work closely with and support the Nursing Home Manager in ensuring clinical excellence and the delivery of high standards of care within the home. You will be a confident communicator, with the passion and skills to develop and inspire a team to provide the highest level of person-centred care. You will also possess a sound and up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning.
