Deputy Home Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Location: Moseley, Birmingham
Hours: 35 in total
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm

Time Healthcare are assisting an exceptional charitable provider in the search for the next Deputy Home Manager to join an OUTSTANDING service in the heart of Birmingham, specifically in Moseley.

The group is charitable; not for profit provider that operate exclusively in West Midlands with their head office in Birmingham and 3 other exceptional facilities in Birmingham also.

The service has been recently inspected and awarded good in all areas with CQC in 2021; this is the perfect time to join their well-established; long standing nursing team as a Registered Nurse as they strive to continue to uphold clinical excellence.
The service is 30 + beds at maximum capacity and specialises in elderly frail nursing and non-challenging dementia care the reputation of this service and the staffing ratios are exceptional with an average of 1 nurse to 17 residents.

Alongside excellent staffing level the service boasts stunning gardens, bistro's, pet farm.

As a Deputy Home Manager you will assist the sites Home Manager in the running of the home and ensuring the delivery of high end clinical care by managing medicines, audit control, staff management as well as training and development, this role will be largely supernumerary, however you will be needed clinically on the floor when necessary.
