Motor Insurance Claims Handler
Salary: £19,000 to £25,000
Shifts are based on office opening hours 08:00am to 20:00pm
Therefore: 08:00am to 16:00pm, 09:00am to 17:00pm, 10:00am to 18:00 and so on.

We are currently on the look-out for experienced and inexperienced Motor Insurance Claims Handlers for one of our insurer clients based in Manchester.
Therefore if you have a minimum of 12-24 months customer service or claims handling experience then we would like to hear from you.
For the Senior Claims Handler roles you will have gained experience in the following areas:
“First notification of claims.
“Third party claims.
“Recoveries or Settlements
“Liability Claims Handling.
To proactively record and process claims in accordance with our principles and procedures and to maintain files within our service standards. To deal with allocated claims as speedily and efficiently as possible from outset to conclusion within FCA regulations, and legislative and policy guidelines.
You may be a strong customer service person looking for a new challenge in the Insurance industry or you may be in the claims industry already, and would like a change. Full training will be delivered by our own in-house learning and development team. Either way- we would like to hear from you!
As a Claims Handler, you’ll be required to take claims telephone calls from customers, asking appropriate questions in order to obtain the necessary information, and log all the required details on the system, for new and existing claims.
