£16,000 to £18,000 (Depending on experience)
Monday to Friday – 09:00am to 17:30pm with a 1 in 3 Saturday – 09:00am to 13:00pm
Our client who have been trading for over 10 years within the insurance and claims sector are looking for both experienced and non-experienced claims handlers who can add value to their business and in return offer you a fantastic opportunity to progress with the company for many years to come.
Responsibilities and duties the office administrator would do:
“Preparation of management information from excel data
“Preparing bi-monthly management reports for business partners
“A Daily transactions report and reconciliation
“Chasing e.g. fee only files
“Reconciling reports and invoicing for them
“General administration reports on accounts performance as requested from time to time.
The basic skills required:
“Basic use of word/excel needed
“Accuracy is very important
“Methodical/logical approach to problems
