I am representing a main contractor based in the North West who are looking to appoint a full time Site Based Project Manager for one of their schemes in Greater Manchester.

The candidate will be Site Based Monday-Friday, overseeing a new build scheme within the commercial sector.

Duties & Responsibilities include:
Site inductions
Client liaison
Weekly site reports
Progress meetings
Health & Safety reports

Requirements for the role:
Must be based in Greater Manchester
Must have new build experience
Tier One background (preferable not essential)
