Job description
I am representing a main contractor who is looking to appoint a new Small Format Retail Construction Project Manager in March 2023.

Sector: Retail Fit Out & Refurbishment
Late-March 2023 start
Working on smaller format refit & refurbishments of high-street stores. Candidate must have experience leading & managing 4-5 similar jobs at a time in a fast-track setting. Duration of each job is around 4 weeks on average and value of individual projects stands between £250K to £500K.
The successful candidate will have a traditional shopfitting background, have 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager working on small high-street shops. The role is mostly remote with bi-weekly site visits.
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 plus package including car allowance & benefits
