Residential care Worker
Salary: £21,255per annum (Rising to £21,283 in April 2023)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Our client is based is a brand-new Children's home in Central Manchester and they are looking for Residential Social Care Workers who have experience working in a residential setting and shares our commitment to creating a positive and safe living environment.

Working as a residential support worker, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people, ensuring that they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood and more.
Duties include but not limited too:
* Provide a safe environment for the young people in our care
* Good communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
* Be a good team player to provide a high level of care and achieve positive outcomes
* Encourage the young people to be motivated and take part in activities, education and extracurricular activities
* Have attention to detail ensuring correct information is recorded in all paperwork
* Demonstrate a commitment to own training and development
Candidates requirements:
Level 3 in health & Social care (CCYP) preferred
Minimum of 1 years' experience working within residential settings
