Job Salary: £18-20K – OTE £25K+
Job Hours: Shift work – Early Shift = 9:30am – 6pm, Late Shift = 11:30am – 8pm. NO WEEKENDS!

Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a fast paced financial services environment for one of the UKs leading protection brokers who offer commission up to £25K+ OTE just for hitting your targets? If so then this role is a perfect fit.

My client has over 30 years experience in the industry and have a panel of insurers that they use to find the best possible life insurance quotations for their customers. All leads are sent through from a lead generation team and therefore there are no cold calls or cold leads hitting your desk. As this is a non advised role, there is no hard selling approach and the ability to build rapport and work with the customer to find the best deal is going to be paramount to your success.

There is room to progress from retentions into future sales positions within their sister company located in the same building. This is an opportunity they are keen to develop staff towards by funding their R05 and ensuring they are able to handle the transition. This role comes with a higher basic salary and therefore an increased OTE as well.

The office is a fantastic place to work, with regular incentives and a real buzz when everyone receives their commission.

Requirements of a retention advisor:
– Strong customer service skills
– Excellent phone manner
– Sales experience, ideally in a call centre or broker environment
– Positive and resilient personality
– Ability to use initiative to find the best positive outcome by noticing buying signals and opportunities to up sell further products.
