Senior Nurse Requirements: * Must be a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin * Experience as Registered Nurse in a senior setting * Committed and Organised individual * Excellent written and verbal communicator * Experience in people Management
Duties for the Senior Nurse: * To support the clinical team to maintain high quality standards * To promote and uphold the company's values * The Senior Lead Nurse will also encourage and mentor the clinical staff * Ensure the team are adhering to the company values and objectives
