Position: Senior Nurse Location: Lowestoft Working Hours: 36 hours per week Salary: £23 per hour
Time Recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Nurse for our client's excellent nursing home based in Lowestoft. Our client is a family-run care provider who are committed to providing exceptional and personalised care across their homes.
The home is a large service with 70 beds and a Good CQC. The home largely caters for dementia, physical disability, and general nursing.
As a Senior Nurse, you will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of care and driving positive improvements to enhance the well-being of both staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs. * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs. * Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment. * Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. * Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.
Requirements:
* A valid NMC Pin * Experience working with Dementia/Physical Disability/Mental Health Care
