I am representing a construction main contractor who are looking to appoint a full time Site Manager.
The contractor specialize in fit outs and refurbishments across the commercial and office fit out sector with project values ranging from £500K-£9M
Majority of the projects will be in the Midlands.
Duties include: Managing sub-contractors Liaising with the client Overseeing health & safety Site inductions Weekly site reports with the contracts manager
Requirements for the role: 4+ years at Senior Site Manager level SMSTS qualified CSCS Black Card First aid qualified Construction main contracting background Fit out & refurbishment background within the commercial & office fit out sector Based in Birmingham
