Time Recruitment are recruiting for a brand new service we are currently leading the search for a Staff Nurse to join the care service that has been voted one of the top 20 cares companies to work for in 2018 and also won it in 2017, to join their stunning care facility.

The new modernised nursing facility can accommodate for upto73 residents, across two floors providing care packages for residential care, dementia care and nursing.

A Staff nurse is required to head up clinical excellence, you will be assisted by another 2 nurses and a large team of experienced senior care staff your role will be solely to co-ordinate and oversee residents on a small unit. Night nurses will work autonomously but there is a nurse on another nursing floor for
assistance and an excellent number of support staff. The service is currently under New Management and are looking for strong competent and confident nurses to join the service.

You will work with a select client group as a named nurse doing weekly and daily assessments based on care needs and you will provide one on one care with the assistance of a large and highly trained care team, you will learn how to complex assessments and discharges and gain access to excellent training facilities which are university accredited; clinical skills are done off site and signed off and supervised on site.

You will be supported by a clinical deputy manager, a home manager, an area and regional manager alongside onsite clinical auditors and highly trained nurse auxiliaries and a staff liaison contact on each site.
