Location :Manchester
Setting : Care Home - Dementia and Old Age Residents
Salary : £48,800
Hours : 9 - 5
62 Bed Service
Time recruitment is selecting for a Unit Manager to join an excellent national care provider in Manchester. It is a beautiful nursing home has an excellent CQC report and has an excellent team which provides care of the highest quality. We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses with an active NMC pin.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
To work as part of an efficient team and to contribute to the smooth running of the Home working to the policies and procedures of the organisation and operating within NMC guidelines:
* To continue professional development through attending and contributing to internal/external training and development, meetings and supervisions
* To always comply with the company's health & safety policy and procedures
* To always represent the organisation in a professional and positive manner and in all communications with residents, visitors and staff
* To maintain confidentiality regarding all issues and information relating to residents and the company
Unit Manager Requirements:
* A Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin
* Being able to manage the unit alongside clinical duties in the home
* This includes observation, medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans
* Provide clinical guidance to the care team & deliver the best practice continually
