£40,000 - £45,000 salary + £52,000 - £57,000 OTE

A thriving, dynamic Education provider in Leeds that has implemented & an exciting sales & global expansion strategy. They're looking to hire a Business Development Manager to work alongside an impressive Sales Leader who is passionate, is a great mentor, and provides full autonomy.
The business rewards & incentivises performance e.g. annual pay reviews of between 5% & 20% of salary. They're building a 1st class culture and offers clear development routes into senior positions &
Business Development Managers will:
* Sell solutions in the Education space
* Targeting Colleges, Adult Education Centres, and other referral partners
* New business (30%) & account management (70%)
* Managing the 360 sales process
* Consult & educate clients
* Upsell & cross-sell
* Maximise existing client spend & value added
* Meeting clients face to face
* Closing deals
* Providing a great service
What you get:
* £40,000 - £45,000 salary
* £52,000 - £57,000 OTE
* Monday to Friday - Office hours
* 25 holidays + bank holidays
* Work from home from time to time

B2B Sales experience is essential. A Telecoms background is a nice to have.
