Clinical Deputy Manager
£22.71 per hour + £2,000 welcome bonus!
Bromsgrove / Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm / Fully Supernumerary

Time Recruitment are working with a large national healthcare organisation renowned for industry leading care and a largely recognised brand both internationally and nationally. The provider is a top 20 care home provider in the UK; awarded this accolade in 2021; this particular service is undergoing a clinical transformation. We are on the lookout for a registered nurse with active NMC pin to support the nurses as the clinical deputy manager. The service is set in the heart of Stoke Heath, Birmingham. This highly modern service is small in size with 45 beds in total offering residential and nursing care, both respite/short stay and elderly/frail nursing and palliative care alongside extending care to those with Huntington’s or Parkinson’s disease also!

Duties for the Clinical Deputy Manager:
* You will oversee a team of nurses and several well-trained care staff
* promote clinical excellence,
* keep records and maintain clinical governance
* manage staff rota’s
* supervisions and appraisals
* manage admissions into the service alongside work with the wider MDT and senior management team
