Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Ipswich, IP13
Hours: 40 hours per week, Days
Salary: £52,000 per annum

Time Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join their team at an excellent nursing home based in Ipswich.

The home is medium sized with 50 beds across 2 floors and caters for dementia, mental health conditions and physical disability. You will over-see a team of well-trained nursing, care, and support staff and be joining an experienced management team.

The home is currently undergoing a clinical transformation and we are looking for a strong Clinical Lead nurse who can inspire and play a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional care standards at the facility. Your duties will include:

* Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs.
* Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment.
* Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
* Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.

Requirements:

* A valid NMC Pin
* Experience working as a Clinical Lead/Nurse Manager
* Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care
