Contracts Manager (Construction)
Bristol-based office
Hybrid working - mixture of visiting sites across the South of England, home and office working.
Sector: Retail and Government
Full Time Permanent Role
Fit Out, Refurbishment, Small Works and Facilities Management
Project values vary from £50K-£500K
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 plus car allowance or company car. Shares scheme available after probation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Visiting sites to meet with clients and end users
Overseeing Health and Safety protocols in conjunction with the Site Manager
Managing 2-4 projects at a time
Subcontractor management
Client-facing and reporting progress
Project programming through the use of MS Projects or similar software including Excel etc
Weekly progress meetings with clients, internal stakeholders and site staff
Reporting into the Operations Manager

Candidate requirements

Live in South Wales, South Central, West or East of England
Have experience at Contracts Manager level 4+ years in Construction Fit Out/Refurbishment
Have a basic or full security clearance to work on Government or Defense projects (Desirable)
