Hybrid working available after passing probation.

Time recruitment have been requested to fill a Credit Control position by one of our long-standing clients.

The position is based in their friendly offices in Altrincham working in their growing finance team.

You'll be reporting directly to their head of finance, and ideally have 2 years experience within a credit control role.

Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

* Business to Business credit control

* Taking payments over the phone or by using a payment gateway..

* Assist in preparation of Direct Debit and Credit/Debit card collections.

* Phone and email queries from colleagues and clients.

* Reporting on debtor collection rates.

The ideal candidate will have:

* 2 or more years' experience withing a credit control role.

* Strong IT and Excel skills.

* Customer service and negotiation skills.

* Ability to analyse and summarise data when required.

* If you have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM this is ideal but not necessary.
