We are working with an industry leading claims validation specialist with over 25 years specialist experience who support Insurers and the Legal sector in carrying out investigations against any potential fraudulent activity. We are looking for a Credit Hire Technician who have gained experience within either an insurer, solicitors or credit hire organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Working within the Recovery Department, the main aspect of the role is to investigate the legitimacy of credit hire payment packs submitted to our instructing clients for payment.
* The role includes identifying where applicable potential fraud or areas for savings to be achieved.
* Liaising with field force inspectors to appoint them to carry out external investigations and interviews.
* Investigation through searching online database platforms and social media to confirm details and lifestyle status. Present an unbiased report to the client in order for them to validate/challenge claims made.
