Call Centre Agents will handle & make calls regarding customer account queries and issues relating to billing, complaints, updates, and any other enquiry that you can think of. The role is varied, and fast paced and you’ll provide an outstanding service to customers. You’ll educate customers on the businesses’ products, retain customers, and refer them to the sales team where possible.
