Customer Support Advisor
£19,500 + bonus
Hybrid working after 3 months of training

We are working with an industry leading Car Hire Company who operate within the Insurance sector. They are looking for Customer Support Advisors to manage a caseload of motor claims, where you will support customers that are in a hire vehicle.

This is a varied position where you will deal with both Claimants and service professionals such as; insurers, solicitors and third parties.

An important aspect of the role is ensuring there are no delays in the customer getting their original vehicle back, ensuring the claims process is quick and efficient. You will look through notes on the system and speak with service professionals involved in the claim, whilst keeping customers up to date.

The role ;

– Understanding the vehicle hire process and supporting customers throughout the claims cycle.
– Liaising with 3rd parties via email and the telephone
– Speaking with customers and updating them on the process.
– Understanding the repairs that need carrying out and ensuring they are completed within the timeframe specified.
– If there are any delays you will be responsible for investigating why and file the relevant documents so there is a full audit trail
