Time Recruitment are executively searching for a Deputy Home Manager for a BRAND NEW service in the Oldbury area of Birmingham to join an innovative; forward thinking and award winning nursing team at their state of the art nursing facility.

With an award winning home manager we are searching for a strong clinical Deputy Home Manager who have achieved an excellence in care award for their management abilities; this service benefits from incredible staff retention rates and boasts leading staff nurse to patient ratio levels and offers its residents general nursing/palliative and intermediate care; ensuring your clinical skills and mentorship abilities as a Deputy Home Manager will be widely developed as this is a newly commissioned service with the ability to add your own leadership approach to it.

With several nurses on shift at all times on both days and nights you can be assured you will receive ongoing support from your clinical and non clinical team and a longstanding team is readily in place for you; your role as Deputy Home Manager here means you will have full autonomy; we are looking for a Deputy Home Manager who wishes to remain hands on clinically but also deliver supervisions and clinical governance on a supernumerary basis.

This NEW service is still building its patient group, the smallest unit is 12 beds and the largest 19 beds in total and the site specialises in acquired brain injury, spinal injury and palliative care with dementia being the secondary diagnosis.

Applicants for the Deputy Home Management role should be Nurse qualified and hold a valid NMC pin with experience in nursing homes with some leadership experience.
