Position: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Cheshunt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum

Our client is a renowned provider of elderly, dementia, and respite care, dedicated to providing personalised and compassionate services to residents. As the Deputy Home Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of care and driving positive improvements to enhance the well-being of both staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of care to residents by overseeing and monitoring care practices.
* Collaborate with the Home Manager in various areas, including recruitment, retention, and performance management.
* Assist in managing budgets, resources, and duty rotas to optimize the home's efficiency.
Requirements:
* Desirable previous experience as a Deputy Manager, though applications from experienced Clinical Leads and RGNs seeking career advancement are also welcome.
* An essential requirement for this role is a valid NMC pin.
