Deputy Home Manager
Salary: £37,448 - £49,420 per annum + £2000 Bonus! + Excellent Benefits!
Hours: 40, + allocated supernumerary time!
Location: Herefordshire

Deputy Home Manager required for a leading healthcare group who have care homes, retirement villages, health centres and hospitals all over the world. With many years' experiences and an outstanding reputation in the Healthcare Sector this is a fantastic opportunity to join a service where you will be respected, treated as one of the family and given the tools needed to do your job well.

This service is based in Leominster and looks after people over 65 who need residential and nursing care, the home has a good CQC rating in all 5 categories.

Duties for the Deputy Home Manager:
* Management of Rota's ensuring adequate staffing levels
* Provide nursing care in accordance with current best practice, and according to legislative requirements and all policy, procedures, and agreed standards.
* Develop the Care Planning activities for residents, to meet their changing needs and in collaboration with their family and friends (where appropriate) and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
* Ensure the care needs of residents are met in a way that respects their dignity and privacy.

Requirements of the Deputy Home Manager:
* Registered Nurse with a Valid NMC Pin
* Strong leader and mentor, able to delegate effectively
* Good communication and time management skills

As a Deputy Home Manager here you will be endorsed to achieve your NVQ level 5 in leadership and mentorship abilities, there is specialist management program to allow you to excel in your role and lots of internal progression available.

Applicants for the Deputy Home Manager role should be NMC registered and RGN/RMN or RNLD qualified; with a passion for leadership and some senior nursing/unit management/clinical leadership or deputy home management experience.
