Position: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Sevenoaks
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £52,500 per annum
Time Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join the high-performance team at our client's home in Sevenoaks. Our client are a well-regarded provider of specialist nursing, elderly and physical disability care.
As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining the exceptional care standards at the facility. Your duties will include:
* Undertaking both clinical shifts and supervisory responsibilities
* Conducting audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
* Handling new admissions and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
* Leading and managing a large team of dedicated care professionals.
* Supporting staff members in their professional development through training and guidance.
* Occasionally deputising for the Home Manager when required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager is desirable, although we are open to considering experienced Clinical Leads/Senior Nurses seeking career advancement.
* A valid NMC pin is essential for this role.
