Deputy Manager
Failsworth, Manchester / £23 x 38 hours = £45,448 /
2 x 8hrs shifts - Supernumerary & 2 x 12hr shifts - on floor
Deputy Manager required. My client is a family run healthcare provider that is well established and very well-respected within the community. Providing Nursing, Nursing EMI, Residential and respite care in a homely and friendly atmosphere. The service has a Good CQC, a nurse qualified manager who has been with the business for many years and a reputation for high standards of care.
Deputy Manager Benefits:

Deputy Manager duties:
* Ensure the care, welfare and safety of residents Is maintained at the highest possible standard.
* Complete physical and psychological assessments of residents
* Ensure individual care plans are kept up to date
* Safely administering and recording of medication
* Conduct robust management audits and following up of all actions
* Ensuring effective rotas are in place
* Liaising with external suppliers and healthcare providers
* Monitoring and developing staff
Deputy Manager Requirements
* Nurse qualified and valid pin
* Experience in a senior role
* Track record of high standards of care
* Can do attitude
