Home Manager
£60,000 - £70,000 per annum DOE / Congleton / Perm
My client is a family owned Healthcare provider established for over 30 years, they now have 8 homes across the country and take great pride in the family feel that is evident in all of the homes. They are a well respected provider who focus on quality, trust and support. This service located in Congleton, Cheshire is a newly built and purpose built 78 bed home delivering the highest standards or care to people living with old age and physical disability. The home is luxurious and comes with many amenities including an in-house pub, cinema, café, laundrette, gym, corner shop and many more. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking Home Manager to join a innovative and supportive company offering the best care.

Duties for the Home Manager include:
* Day to day running of the home and care of residents
* Provide support and leadership to the team
* Delivery of business performance and quality targets for the home
* Establish and build excellent relationships with external stakeholders
* Manage budget
* Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Care Home.
* To follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements of the Home Manager include:
* Qualified nurse with active pin
* DBS check
* Proven track record of successfully running a home
* Passion to deliver outstanding care
* Ability to lead and motivate
