As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you will be committed to upholding the NMC Codes of Conduct and continuously expanding your professional development. Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the well-being of residents by meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.

* Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.

* Monitor work areas and practices to maintain safety and adherence to standards, policies, and legislation.

* Provide clinical guidance to the care team, leading, motivating, and mentoring them to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the care home.

* Promote independence, choice, and dignity of residents by delivering the highest standards of care and continuously striving for improvement.
