Location: Telford

Salary: £22.00 per hour (Equivalent to £44,044 - £50,336 per annum)
Hours: 22, 33, 38.5 or 44 available
Shifts: Nights only - 8.00pm - 8.00pm

This brand-new, purpose-built service located in Telford provides Dementia Care, Nursing Dementia Care, Residential Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Reablement Care, End of Life Care and Support, Respite Care and Support and Day Support - Experience & Engagement Days for 70 people in beautiful surroundings with family at the heart of everything they do.

Requirements for the Registered Nurse include:
*Valid and active Pin
*Experience working as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting, preferably in a care home or geriatric care facility.
*Excellent clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
*Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
*Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
*Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices in elderly care.
*Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
