Job description

Registered Nurse - London

Location: London, Battersea
Setting: Care Home - Old Age and Dementia residents
Salary: up to £21.22 p/h plus £1000 welcome bonus
Shifts: Choice of 24,36,42 and 48 hours per week available
Enhancements : £1.50 p/h Weekend enhancement + £2 p/h overtime enhancement

Please note each unit does not have more than 25 beds
AM Staff Ratio : 2 RGN and 6 HCA per Unit - Plenty of support is available from Unit Manager
Time recruitment is selecting for registered nurse to join an exemplary national care provider in the local area of London. The home has an excellent CQC report and has excellent staffing ratios so plenty of support is available. We are looking for registered nurses with an active NMC pin.

Duties for the Registered Nurse:

* Critical clinical decisions
* Assessing and developing person centred care plans
* Safely providing nursing care including administering medication
* Dressings and management of resident's medical conditions.

Registered Nurse Requirements:

A Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin
Being able to manage the unit alongside clinical duties in the home
This includes observation, medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans
Provide clinical guidance to the care team & deliver the best practice continually
