Time Recruitment Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Registered Nurse to work within progressive, modern-day, well-regarded hospital facility working closely with the PCT and NHS to provide mental health services in the area of Edgbaston, Birmingham. The service provider is a large national recognised provider of mental health services.
This is a 24 bedded rehabilitation hospital specifically for women over the ages of 18, service users usually are informally admitted or detained under the mental health act; typically, service users are diagnosed with Schizophrenia and personality disorders alongside other mental health disorders.
The service latest CQQ report is excellent scoring "Outstanding " for care. Alongside having the best trained staff in the industry and high staffing levels they also have a wealth of assistance from Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Educators, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists.
The successful Registered Nurse will have experience working as a Registered Nurse preferably two years in a similar environment or from an acute/forensic background. Whilst hospital experience is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided on the job.
You will be responsible for all clinical matters and will co-ordinate and evaluate the delivery of nursing care to clients taking into account their individual care plans.
