Location: Burntwood, Staffordshire
Salary: From £20.00ph with paid breaks (£31,200 - £41,600 per annum)
Hours: Nights available, 30 - 40 hours per week
Shifts: 9.30pm - 7.30am

Key Responsibilities: As our valued RMN Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the service, supporting the manager and contributing to the wellbeing of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

* Guiding and mentoring junior staff, sharing your knowledge to inspire growth.
* Conducting medication audits to ensure safety and compliance.
* Completing CPI and risk assessment documentation for the utmost care standards.
* Delivering compassionate care to residents and fostering a supportive environment.
* Facilitating individual 1-2-1 and group therapy sessions, enriching lives with your expertise.
* Adhering to agreed quality standards, QNIC guidelines, and health legislation.
