RMN Nurse Location: Tipton, England Pay rate: £19.00 - £19.50 per hour + paid breaks! Nights - Full time & Part time hours 7pm to 7am shifts
Time Recruitment is assisting a specialist provider of care that operate exclusively in West Midlands and Yorkshire offering specialist enduring mental health and dementia nursing care across their 5 exemplary services; we are aiding in their search for a RMN Nurse.
They specialise in offering personalised and designed care with purpose built buildings for mental health support and an industry leading MDT on site consisting of psychologists, OT's, physiotherapists and speech and language therapists so as a RMN Nurse here you can be guaranteed support from this team and work alongside a matron (RMN trained) and registered manager (RGN trained)
This service is unique as it also caters for physical health (22 beds), mental health floor (22 beds) and 8 complex physical health beds on a separate unit; we are specifically looking for a RMN nurse for our enduring mental health floor.

We are looking for a natural leader for the RMN Nurse role and someone who is passionate about dementia nursing/enduring mental health care with ideas to develop clinical care in this area; you will need a valid NMC pin for the role.
You will be fully endorsed in a management capacity; so your NVQ level 5 in leadership and management and mentorship qualifications will be paid for and endorsed from the offset.
