RMN Nurse
Location: Burntwood, Staffordshire
Salary: From £20.00ph with paid breaks (£31,200 - £41,600per annum)
Hours: Nights available, 30 - 40 hours per week
Shifts: 9.30pm - 7.30am
Time Recruitment is looking for RMN's Nurses with relevant experience within Mental Health for a small mental health service specialising in Enduring Mental Health and EMI. The service is rated "Good" with cqc in all 5 domains.
This is a 30 bedded service overall with OUTSTANDING staff nurse to patient ratio's!
Your role as the RMN Nurse will require you to assist the manager with:
* Training of junior staff
* Medication Audits
* CPI and risk assessment documentation
* Delivery of care
* Individual 1-2-1 and group therapy sessions
* Working within agreed quality standards, QNIC and health legislation
Applicants for the RMN nurse position should be:
* RMN qualified (or RGN/RNLD with the relevant experience)
* Strong knowledge of the mental health act
* Patient Centric
* Effective and excellent communication skills
RMN nurses working here will benefit from the following:
