Local Business is a franchise of major telecoms firm that exclusively sells their products & services. They're looking to hire Sales Executives to join their buzzing sales team, and they offer bespoke training & mentorship and a development route Field Sales. They value staff highly and regularly recognize & reward hard work & success, with all their management team being promoted internally.
The role:
Sales Executives will sell in a B2B capacity, targeting the SME sector in the Northwest region, selling both products & services. The role requires a consultative approach by understanding decision maker & business needs in order tailor packages to clients. The role involves direct selling and an element of opportunity generation for Field Sales Execs, for larger prospects.
The package:
* £25,000 salary
* £40,000 - £45,000 OTE in year 1 (commission uncapped)
