Our client is a successful and ambitious finance business in Stockport that is looking to hire a Complaints Administrator due to high demand. The business is busy, has a great reputation and can offer progression to senior positions. Complaints Administrators will work in a team of 2, in a fast paced role supporting 8-10 sales people. The role involves handling and managing complaints, performing investigations and delivering resolutions. You’ll also process new applications, check documentation, chase up information from customers and 3rd parties and ensure compliance is met. The role involves an element of phone work but is mainly focused around FCA regulated administration.
Complaints Administrators will earn a salary of £20,000 and receive a bonus of around £200 based on performance. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9-6 Friday 9-5 and 1 out of 2 Saturdays (10-2).
