About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, responsible for maintaining the personal care needs of our residents. Your role will involve providing assistance with dignity, respecting their independence, and upholding the highest standards of care. Alongside this, you will contribute to ensuring our care services consistently meet the highest standards and assist in various day-to-day activities within our home.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering personal care to residents while promoting independence and dignity. Collaborating closely with the care team to maintain a high standard of care. Assisting in various daily activities within the care home. Reporting to Nurse/Senior Support Worker.
Qualifications and Skills: A compassionate and patient demeanor. Strong communication skills. Ability to perform well under pressure. Previous care experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
