If you are a recent graduate or looking to switch you career into recruitment, we have great trainee schemes to start your journey.  Your role will be to develop and manage a portfolio of clients by sourcing outstanding candidates that meet the expectations of your clients'.

There will be a 6 month training program where, through regular and structured feedback in your 121's, we will work with you to make sure you achieve your potential.

Your performance will be measured against your conversion stats, as this is the truest measure of the quality of your work and also the service levels that your candidates' and clients' are experiencing, along with your activity levels to demonstrate you have the work ethic required to be a top recruiter.

Your progression will be completely in your hands and your results will directly influence your progression and your rewards.

Building relationships with key decision makers in your market and attending client meetings with them is a great way to learn about the working environment, culture and the kind of candidate that will be required.


To make sure your client has a number of great candidates to select from for each role, you will work through a number of candidate CV's who have applied for the role as well as shortlisting active candidates from our database before making contact to ensure they have the required skills.


Contacting candidates after they have commenced their new placement is an essential part of making sure they are settling in well.  By ensuring that the candidate and client are both happy with your matching and service, we can build strong relationships that remain with you for life.


You will undergo formal training programmes, coaching sessions with senior recruiters and our top performers, as well as learning on the job to ensure you are continuously fine tuning and developing your recruitment skills.


Working to tight deadlines and ensuring you honour your commitments to both your candidates and clients will be a minimum service expectation.  So will taking responsibility for your actions by correcting any mistakes.


You will be regularly provided with updates on market trends and legislation but will also be required to find the time to map out and identify opportunities in your market by reading relevant literature and publications.
