My client is a manufacturing company based in Manchester. They manufacture various consumer products from house hold cleaning products to automotive general products.
They require a blending operative to undertake the following duties:
-Produce Surfactant based products for both household toiletries and cosmetics
-Read and understand Batch Sheet construction
-Using bench scales to weigh dyes and perfumes
-Using floor scales to weigh larger quantities of raw materials
-Weighing of powders correctly
-Taking PH and cross referencing to Batch Sheets
Taking SG and cross referencing to Batch Sheets
-Entering all above information and raw material batch numbers on to Batch Sheet
-Pumping finished product to storage vessel using diaphragm or mono pumps
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5:00pm and 8am - 12:45pm on Friday. The breaks are 45 minutes for Lunch and 15 Minutes in the afternoon this is for the hours Monday to Thursday. If you are interested please contact Industrial team on 0161 238 9772
