Building Manager
Stockport
£32,000 per anum
Time Recruitment is working with a well known building management company who are looking for a Building Manager to work their buildings in the centre of Stockport town centre.
The day to day responsibilities will be to have overall responsibility for looking after one building, but will also support on two other buildings locally.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To operate the reception area of the building
2. To welcome visitors and staff to the building
3. Liaising with tenants of the building on a daily basis
4. Booking meeting rooms
5. Checking cleaning standards are being adhered to
6. Checking all toilets and showers on a daily basis
7. Maintaining building check sheets on a daily basis
8. Liaising with the Facilities Manager about small maintenance works, paint touch-up etc
9. Checking the presentation of the outside of the building
10. Maintaining high levels of customer service for tenants on a daily basis
11. If applicable, to operate the buildings amenity area including the operation and upkeep of the coffee machines, vending machines and communal exercise area ensuring they are all operational through the day
12. The close down of the building and associated amenity area at the end of the day ensuring the building is ready for trade the next day.
13. Liaising with senior management on site
We're looking to speak to people who have been in customer facing roles previsously so you don't have to have experiecne in managing a building as full training will be provied. What you will need is bags of personlaity and the ability to roll your sleeves up and be proactive!
