£32,000 + £60,000 OTE
Monday to Friday - 9 to 5 / Free Parking

Our client is an innovative Marketing Solutions Provider that works with clients such as BT. They have an excellent reputation in their market & a strong brand.
They're looking to expand their sales team by adding 2 Business Development Managers to join a high performing team where 100% of BDM's hit target. You'll join a relaxed environment, working for a great Manager who provides autonomy, trust and still sells too.
The role:
* Selling a range of marketing solutions to UK businesses - Managed data, email marketing, managed webinars, market research & content research
* Selling via multi-channel & across multiple industries
* Selling over the phone, via email, and LinkedIn
* Attending 15 Trade Shows per year
* Managing the 360 sales process
* Managing accounts after the point of sales
* Target SME clients with average sales cycle of 1 month / £8k average deal value
* Not KPI driven
The package:
* £32,000 salary
* £60,000 OTE
* Monday to Friday - 9 to 5

* Incentives - trips abroad
* 30 holidays including bank holidays
Requirements:
Experience in B2B Sales is required.
