Here at Time Recruitment we only partner with the best organisations within Insurance. We have a close relationship with a leading Credit Hire organisation based in Lancashire near Preston. They have ambitious growth plans, an incredible partner network and the industry expertise to become a key player in revolutionising the industry as we know it.

They partner closely with Insurers and aim to resolve cases in a swift manner. Due to successful growth they are looking to add to their Claims Handler team where ;

- You will conduct an initial call with customers after they have had a road traffic accident and had their liability assessed by their insurer.
- You will carry out an initial investigation to establish their requirements before sourcing a replacement vehicle and placing their repairs within a relevant repair network.
- Help liaise with relevant departments to ensure they receive their courtesy vehicle in a timely manner.
- Logging data accurately on the case management system
- Offer services to non-fault customers regarding their replacement vehicle and repair service
- Keep clients updated on the process throughout the journey, remaining compassionate to their circumstances.

The package as a Claims Handler

- 9 -5pm shift pattern between Monday - Friday
- £22,000-£25,000 basic
