Customer Service

Bolton

£20,000

Monday to Friday 9-5 (1 Hour lunch)

4 days working from home

I am working with one of the top 15 companies in the UK and have over 40 years experience in their market. They are looking to add to their fantastic Credit Hire department in their modern vibrant office.

Responsibilities:

* Reviewing pre proceedings files, noting and abiding by Client Guidelines.

* Formulating initial strategy.

* Implementing the strategy agreed.

* Undertaking telephone negotiations with Credit Hire Organisations.

* Pursuing settlement as quickly as possible in line with current legal doctrine and case law.

* Liaising with Insurers where necessary.

* Ensuring 'actions' are carried out as per Action Lists in Case Management System.

* Ensuring files are kept within ISO 9001 guidelines.

* To ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations

Ideal Experience:

* Managing a Caseload

* Ability to use own initiative.

* Ability to plan and prioritise workloads.

* Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.

* Good telephone negotiation skills.

* Ability to follow work processes and keep to Strategy.

* Ability to recognise when sensitivity and tact are required.

* Ability to make decisions and remain calm under pressure.
